Great product.
No more blotting bacon. Keeps strips flat. Great product.

Three Stars
Fits all the bacon, but bacon does not get as crispy as laying it flat on the pan.

It turns out better if you use parchment paper and lay it in ...
I thought this would be a magic bullet for bacon, but it actually makes cooking time take MUCH longer and doesn't cook as evenly as I'd expect. It turns out better if you use parchment paper and lay it in a single layer on a cookie sheet at 400 for 20 mins. The only practical use for this is if you bought multiple pans and had to cook a LOT of bacon in a hurry with a small oven.

Absolutely PERFECT!
This pan is amazing! It holds 18 slices of bacon, and is easy to clean and use. I had a 3lb package of very thick-cut bacon. The tray held half the package, 18-slices. I set the oven at 350 F (with convection) and the bacon was cooked perfectly in just under 30-min. So while watching a TV show I cooked all 3lbs and froze the bacon for future use. Each slice is flat and perfect for freezing in a ziplock bag. The pan and the wire rack were easy to clean. I used a light coat of cooking spray on the wire rack and no problems getting the bacon off. It also included metal tongs, basically large tweezers to remove each slice. This is a great, no-mess easy way to pre-cook your bacon!

Cook More Bacon In One Batch
I was intrigued by the concept of this design and decided to give it a try. The ideal would be to have the bacon cook evenly in the oven while I'm preparing other breakfast items on the stove top. The bacon that we have the most is a thinner cut, and I've tried cooking it with the meat side up and with the fat side up, and have determined that having the fat side up it better. The meat tended to cook faster than the fat, which made the strips drier. Be prepared to undercook or overcook your first couple of packages. Better yet, set aside a time to make a few small batches of bacon testing different cook times to see what works for you. I always set the oven temp at 400, as suggested in the instructions, and have determined that the bacon we use takes 15 minutes. In fact, last time I made a batch, I decided that turning the oven off at 15 minutes and leaving the tray in the cooling oven for a few more minutes was the best way to prevent over cooking. No matter what you do, keep an eye on the cooking bacon and definitely set a timer. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because I think the angled rack (which allows more strips to fit on one tray) makes it hard to cook the strips evenly. Still, it works well and would certainly be useful for anyone trying to maximize the amount of bacon they cook at one time.

Best oven bacon ever!
Love cooking bacon in the oven, and love this pan! It will easily hold a whole pack of bacon and virtually all the grease drains off into the pan during cooking. Spray the rack down with cooking spray before placing the bacon on it, and it cleans up super easy, even if you coat the bacon in flour as I sometimes do. Takes about 22 to 25 minutes at 425 in my oven, and for uniform crispness, the bacon needs to be flipped about two thirds of the way through.

Bottom half of bacon disintegrates in oil, leaving only 1/2 slice of well cooked bacon
This pan, though great in theory has a few design flaws. The top half of the bacon cooks great, but the bottom half sits in the bacon grease & eventually disintegrates. We’ve converted to lying the bacon on top of the racks instead of in the diagonal slants. The bacon does stick occasionally & still only fits 11-13 slices of bacon depending on how hard you try- which as you know,(since you are here attempting to purchase this pan that is supposed to cook many slices of bacon at once) can be done on a normal sized pan already....
