A: When you press the button, are there any prompts on your phone? If you press the button for a few seconds, the camera will turn on video mode. You can disconnect it and try again. Also you can contact us with photos or videos, so we could know your problem clearly and solve it.

**Q: Is it suitable for iPhone 12 mini**
A: Although I do not know the dimensions of the iPhone mini, I would not anticipate any difficulties.

The holder is spring loaded and holds really well, while closing quite small. when closed it measures 5.5 cm internally, so provided your phone has width of at least 5.5cm it will fit.

This is an excellent Tripod and the phone holder can be removed if you wish to mount a camera on the tripod. The remote shutter control is great, no more stretching your arm for a selfie.
