Metrix KVR-52 Green Front Speaker (Fits Kawasaki Vaquero & Voyager (09-UP) VN1700A Works on Bikes,& UTVs, ATVs, etc.)

I love these speakers, I read a lot of reviews before buying these, a lot of people say they are louder than the stock ones at the same setting's, what I found was they are just a lot clearer at the same setting's, I used a decibel meter to compare. They were almost identical decibel wise up to around 17 on the volume scale on my bike, but that's where the stock speakers seem to Max out, these new speakers sound a lot better and can turn the base up more with no distortion, but here's where they make a huge difference, they will go a lot louder than the stock, I can turn up the volume up to 24 or higher on the scale on my bike and no distortion so not only will they go much louder, they have way more clarity. I do hope this helps with some questions people might have about these speakers, these are things I wanted to know. And installation was incredibly easy ad quick. I highly recommend these speakers if you like to listen to quality and loud music. These were put on my 2011 Kawasaki Voyager. I do also recommend putting on the rear speakers too. They also make the stereo sound a lot better.

Speakers do not sound that much better in the garage or at a stop. They do not seem to have that much more volume than the stock ones. But, they do sound much better at highway speed. I was able to adjust the radio settings to more bass, mid and treble without distortion. These are definitely worth the hundred bucks or so to me. I do not own a soldering tool, crimping tool or anything else needed for a wiring or plug change so this was a major plus with the easy connections. I am happy with this purchase.

Great replacement speakers. Installation couldn't be easier and the sound quality is far superior to stock. I have hearing problems and even with the treble turned up all the way on stock speakers I had a hard time understanding the news stations. Not with these speakers. The mid-range and treble is great and voices are crystal clear. Of course, rock'in out with the oldies is great too! I used to turn up the volume to 14 at highway speeds, now all I need is 10-12 so there is far less distortion. A bit expensive, but if you use your radio a lot it is well worth the investment.

Better than stock but not by much in my opinion. First thoughts were that I should have gotten different speakers. But you can only get so much out of 5 inch speakers

Nice speakers and good range, but "loudness" not 20% more as other reviews. These do have an alternate sale part number which includes the amp, but cost a bit more.

Bolt right in and sound good

Extremely easy to install. Very much better than stock. Not only do they play louder they are distortion free. Couldn't be happier.
