Didn't have no problems with it fitting on the motor. One bolt was missing in the corner but I just used one out of my old valve cover. All bolts lined up and none of them stripped or broke off like the other brands. The gaskets were pre-installed. There were a couple of spots that the gasket had to be pushed back in place, after it was taken out of the box, but stayed after that.All I can say is I was very satisfied with the purchase.
