Not neodymium
These are a ceramic magnet - the stainless jacket makes them look a bit nicer - but it also makes them look like neodymium. I now see the description states that they are not - so my bad, I was looking for neodymium magnets and based my decision on the photo not the description. All the same, these magnets are fairly weak

I have been happy with these magnets
I have been happy with these magnets! I think the best part of these magnets are the backing! They don't leave black marks all over our white door or fridge (where our kids put their artwork) like other magnets. No more cleaning up magnet marks! They have held many pages of artwork, school work, and can even hold many layers of construction paper! I have been happy with this purchase and recommend them to others!
