I wanted a kitchen faucet with a sculpted look to it which includes the curved handle and the hot/cold water mixer valve inside the faucet body. After searching Amazon for quite some time I found this Kablle faucet for $150 cheaper than other major brand names (and it looks very, very similar). It comes with a 5 year warranty and 30 day money back guarantee so I ordered it.Delivery was quick. It arrived 2 days later. I opened the box and lifted the faucet and WOW!! The faucet was surprisingly heavy and well built! Surprising for the $70 price. The finish was perfect and matched my stainless steel sink perfectly. Installing it was simple with only 1 large hand tightening nut to hold it in place and 2 water lines to attach. It also came with a deck that covers the holes in my 3 hole sink and a bag of spare parts (o-rings and filter screen for the spray nozzle). Also a set of adapters (3/8 to 1/2 inch) if you happen to have smaller water outlets.The water handle can be mounted with any orientation you desire which worked out great for me. I was concerned if it would work with my low water pressure but it worked fine. The pull down sprayer feature also worked great and fully returned by itself back into the faucet body where it remains until pulled down again. The buttons on the sprayer are also located on the front where their easy to see.I would highly recommend this faucet and would buy one again at the $70 price point should it fail after the 5 year guarantee.

This unit is a very good unit both in looks and operation. Installation is about as easy as it could be, if you have a pair of channel-locks and a 5/8" open end wrench, you got it made. The only problem I had was getting the old unit off. This unit is very solid and actually looks better than some at the local building supply stores which were priced well above twice the price of this unit. Hose pulls out and retracts very well, spray and jet work well. This is not a big item for me but just seems a little weird; the little re/blue indicators intended to inform user which way to rotate the handle for hot/cold water are on the bottom side of the operating lever which means you would need a mirror placed under the unit to see them,"odd". As I said, not a big deal considering that it is a very quality looking and operating unit and I would recommend this unit for anyone looking for this style fixture.

I've never put a faucet in before, and this was very easy. In fact, it took three times as long to remove our old, leaky faucet as it took to put this one in. The only extra thing I did was spray some silicon seal around where the 3-hole cover plate was to be seated, and this mainly because the previous faucet left behind some corroded spots I had to sand. The connections fit perfectly and without any leaks. The main retention nut is very easy to apply and hand-tighten. This, as opposed to the nightmare removal of our old faucet's nut which required an over-sized wrench, itself difficult to use in the confined space. The little barrel weight works well, dropping down straight without getting tangled in any of the junk in our over-filled sink cabinet. My wife really likes this as well, and all there is left to do is see how long this lasts. At present, the faucet appears to be solidly made, and the little packet of spare screens, o-rings and adaptive nuts for hot/cold water fittings is a nice touch. We're very happy with this purchase!

I had the faucet installed by a professional plumber. He said it was an extremely easy installation, and it went fast which saved me on the hourly plumber rate. It looks nice, and the pull-down/retracting hose works fine. For those reasons, I gave two stars instead of one star. The reason for the lower rating is that on regular (stream) mode, the water sprays all over the place, almost like it is stuck between spraying and streaming, but with way too much pressure. See photo. I tried to locate product details and customer service on-line without success. I would have easily given this 4-1/2 or 5 stars if I didn't end up with water spraying all over the place every time I turn on the faucet.***The seller (Kablle) has been very responsive to my review and provided email address for contacting them. On 1/21/18, I received a very fast response that a new sprayer head would be shipped to me. A few minutes later, I was given a DHL tracking number for the item (shipped from The People's Republic of China). By 10am on 1/24, I the new sprayer head was delivered to my front door. It was very easy to replace it by myself, and the problem was solved. I am happy with the new faucet, and amazed at how fast this company/seller resolved this issue from so far away! 4-1/2 stars.

I'm giving it five stars for "ease of installation." Removal of the old faucet, not so easy. My almost 80-year old husband with previous handyman experience and failing bionic knees did this installation with some minor assistance from me. (Getting tools he forgot or didn't know he needed, etc.) Maybe I read the web information incorrectly but I didn't know that the pause button would not stay in position once my finger releases it! Anyway, that small non-issue will be overcome. It is pretty and definitely something we needed in our kitchen where we also fill 5 or 10 galleon buckets of water in the sink. All of us are really happy to have this faucet in our kitchen. With 3 cooks sometimes more at the same time, it will get a serious workout! It helps a lot to read both the instructions that come with it and the specs shown on the web page. I watched their video several times before ordering the faucet. This is not the cheapest nor the most expensive high-arch faucet. I like the fact that brass and other metals are used in making the faucet. Plastic doesn't last long in our house.
