Quality soemwhat less than expected.
We bought two controllers but one of them has a stuck joystick and we had to send it back. The working controller is OK, but not great -- I guess the quality is expected level for the price. Would have been four stars if both controllers had worked. Just be aware of the potential quality issues and test them out immediately in case you have to replace it.

Won't Sync Half the Time.
The controller arrived in good condition with the included power cord. When I went to sync it with my Wii U, it paired fine the first time and I got a few good games of Super Smash Bros. out of it. Then I turned off the console and everything and charged the remote. The next time I tried to turn on the Wii U with the controller, it was not paired to the console. I tried multiple times with every method I could think of to pair it back, but it just wouldn't sync. I looked up pairing problems on the Internet, nothing helped. I eventually found out that this was not a Nintendo officially licensed controller, witch may have been part of the problem. The product page here doesn't say that it is officially licensed, so it was partially my fault that I didn't check before I bought it. My brother and my friend tried to pair it after I failed for a while, and they eventually got it to work. It paired off and on for a few days, and it worked fine when it was paired, which was what initially kept me from returning the controller. I finally got fed up with its poor syncing and decided to return it. My advice: Don't waste your money on a controller that doesn't perform properly 100% of the time. I'm not sure if it's just mine, or if all of these particular controllers have this problem, but I would look for one with better reviews or even get the official Wii U Pro Controller from Nintendo (even though its about 30$ more), unless you're fine with spending 30 minutes to an hour pairing this stupid remote every time before you play.
