Tastes Great. I use this along with my Egg White Protein Powder. Tolerated. GI Issues.Eating Clean, Just trying to stay healthy and lose weight. So Far I have. Tried the Strawberry and didn't like it.I don't like chocolate. So I use the Vanilla. I just wish that the Guy who started this company, i forgot his name, wasn't so greedy. I have his Book from the 90's . I trust the brand though.Using a couple times a week, along with other proteins.

Amazing shakes!
I've always loved EAS Myoplex for it's milkshake like texture & amazing flavor. The shakes are quick to make in a blender, easy to consume and digest & leaves me feeling very satisfied. I usually get the chocolate and strawberry but tried the vanilla with a banana & bluberries after the gym today & had to order a few more boxes. It's sooo good & fast food cravings are gone!

This remains a great source of nutrition. Cost is so-so, but nutrition value versus pre-made products exceeds expectations. Easily mixable with milk, fiber, creatine and zero-cal sports drinks. Blends in a shaker bottle well.

decent meal replacement
doesnt taste as good as metrx, more expensive than metrx, they dont sell 40 pax. however metrx has been discontinued and this appears to be the only other option on amazon.
