My husband got these for when he feels a bit sick or feels like he might be getting sick soon. He was taking one A-day and I told him they are supposed to be 3 A-day to which he made a face because he said he didn't like the way they tasted and they were hard for him to swallow so he will continue to just take 1 A-day unless he starts to feel sick. If you have a hard time swallowing capsules these aren't oversized they are about a medium sized capsule and I found them easy to take however I do not have issues with swallowing capsules.

I often take vitamin c for a variety of reasons. I cannot speak for how affective they are. The dosage is 3 capsukes and these are pretty sizable. That is something to be aware of.

I believe in taking vitamin C every day. This is a good way to get my 3000mg's. The capsules are easy to swallow. They have no taste. I would recommend these capsules to anyone needing vitamin C in their diet.

3 capsules per serving - 30 servings per bottle. Medium sized capsules, which are getting harder for me to swallow these days, but they are doable. Can't say I'm a fan of taking 3 capsules and didn't pay attention to the serving size prior to ordering this, or I may have passed on it. I take a lot of different supplements and each additional capsules counts - so I need to pay better attention to serving size in the future.I do like the ingredients for the most part - could live without the magnesium stearate added as its in so many supplements, I'm working to reduce that ingredient as well, but find it acceptable in some cases.This supplement will be kept for times when I feel like I may be coming down with something, or after known exposure to those who are sick. I've used vitamin C in high does for years and have found it to be effective.

Besides Vitamin C, as Ascorbic Acid and Magnesium Ascorbate and Citrus Bioflavonoid Peel Powder, Flalsh-C contains D-Ribose, presumably by converting to ATP to get your body 'firing on all cylinders' at the cellular level.At the current discounted price of $9.99 or about 33 cents per serving, the price isn't bad for as long as it stays there. At full price I would probably have to reconsider.

I'm not qualified to evaluate the claims made by the makers of this product, but they seem genuine. I can say that I'm a big believer in vitamin C supplements that include bioflavonoids for overall health. I usually take 500mg per day and I can get nearly that from just one of these capsules, rather than the 3 per day dosage that's recommended on the label. If I feel a cold coming on, I take a lot more. These power-filled capsules are medium size and easy to take. The expiration date is about a year and a half from when I received the product. The product is packaged well in a dark plastic bottle that's well sealed.

You get a ton of vitamin c in this for a reasonable price along with some extras. Easy to take and a gel capsule for better absorption. Recommended.

Not sure what I can say other than it's a vitamin but don't let it hang out in your mouth too long - some may not like the taste. I found it to be okay, but a little umenjoyable when not swallowed right away.
