This tape has been wonderful and is a game changer for my daughter. She has a disease in which she has to much flexibility in her joints. The tape has allowed her to continue cheerleading in high school. It has also allowed her to continue dancing. She no longer worries about extending to far as the tape holds the extra flexibility in check! She's even worn it into the pool and then went to practice with the same tape on. As long as you are taught the proper way to use the tape, I see no reason not to use it. It made the difference in my daughters life!

I've been using various k-tape brands and this is one of those that have stayed on well for a longer time. I mainly use it around knees, ankles, and bottom of feet for jogging. They have stayed on well even with all the sweating especially jogging outside in this Texas heat. I'd give it 4.5 stars for the product and 5 stars for great customer service.

Tape looks great and seems to be as elastic as Walgreens brand. However, the adhesive will not stick longer than an hour. I reapplied the Walgreens tape to the same spot and it sticks through showering with no problem. Lasts several days without an issue. This product only holds for an hour or so. Stick with the store brand.

No sticking power. Even after shaving hair in the application area, and cleaning the skin with rubbing alcohol, this tape quickly begins to peel off. I had no issues with another brand.

Great tape for support where needed. I use around my knee and on my back. Helps to ease the stress of use on my knee and back. This enables me to do things I need to get done, otherwise my pain can be excruciating.

Tape sticks and stays put longer than any other I have used. Stretches nice and has great rebound strength.
