The colors are gorgeous. The weight is substantial without being too heavy. The bowl sizes are all generous. It came very well packed in 2 during boxes, too. Very much worth the price.Worthy of displaying out on my table and shelves. Absolutely beautiful set. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful product *by on Reviewed in the United States May 7, 2026* These dishes are absolutely beautiful. The size of the pieces and the color are perfect. I was pleasantly surprised at how substantial they were as well. I ordered a 4 piece place setting just to see if I would like them. The minute I saw the small plate, I immediately sat down and ordered another 4 piece place setting. It really is gorgeous dinnerware. I also want to point out that this was the BEST packaging I have ever seen. I have ordered a bunch of stuff over the years and it has been hit or miss insofar as the packaging is concerned. This company does it right. Each setting - salad bowls, pasta bowls, dinner plate, side plate - were packaged in their own box, with cardboard spacers protecting each piece from the next. Those four boxes were then packaged together with cardboard spacers separating each box from the other. That box was then placed in a second box. And this isn’t your typically flimsy cardboard, these are thick, substantial boxes. Given the way they were packaged. I am fairly certain they could have survived anything. Great product, great company. I wholeheartedly endorse this product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stylish & Sturdy Double Bowl Set – A Lovely Addition to Any Table *by on Reviewed in the United States December 11, 2023* I recently invested in the 16-piece double bowl set, and while there's much to love, there are a couple of aspects I'd like to highlight for potential buyers. Here's what stood out to me:What I Love:Chic Aesthetics: The embossed design and the light blue interior paired with the cream exterior give these plates/bowls a sophisticated and stylish appearance. They truly elevate the presentation of meals and make any dining occasion special.Versatile Bowl Sizes: The inclusion of both cereal bowls and salad/pasta bowls is a practical choice. The larger salad/pasta bowls are perfect for substantial servings, while the cereal bowls are great for a variety of breakfast options. The versatility in bowl sizes has proven to be a convenient feature.Considerations:Weightier Than Expected: One thing to note is that these bowls are a bit heavier than they appear in the pictures. While this adds to their durability, it's worth mentioning for those who prefer lighter tableware.Deep Cereal Bowls: The cereal bowls are notably deep, which may be a personal preference. While some may appreciate the extra capacity, others might find it a bit deeper than expected for standard cereal portions.Despite these considerations, I find the set to be an excellent addition to my kitchen. The weightiness speaks to the quality of the ceramics used, and the deep cereal bowls are a unique feature for those who prefer heartier breakfasts. Overall, this 16-piece double bowl set combines style and functionality, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to enhance their tableware collection. The only drawback I've encountered is a minor color discrepancy. While the light blue and cream combination is beautiful, the Amazon picture appears to show an aquamarine shade, which I was initially hoping for. It's a subtle difference, but worth noting for those who are particular about color coordination. ## Frequently Bought Together - Gibson Elite Mayfair Bay Embossed Double Bowl Dinnerware Set, Service for 4 (16pcs), Green - LIFVER 21 Oz Large Ceramic Coffee Mug, Stoneware Coffee Mugs Set of 2, Big Tea Cup for Office and Home, Big Latte Mugs for Coffee, Tea, Dishwasher and Microwave Safe, Green --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/444250660-mayfair-bay-16-piece-embossed-double-bowl-dinnerware-set-service](https://www.desertcart.be/products/444250660-mayfair-bay-16-piece-embossed-double-bowl-dinnerware-set-service) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
