I travel a lot and I'm also really tall which makes sleeping on an airplane next to impossible. Usually on an overseas trip I stay up due to the fact that I cannot sleep, I even own a neck pillow but find it way too uncomfortable to sleep with my head turned to the side. Since I have trouble sleeping on a plane the next day when I arrive in a new country is usually a blur and I end up sleeping it off early at a hotel (which equals a wasted day). I bought this because although it looks crazy, I was willing to try anything to sleep on a plane. With it, I finally got a good comfortable rest. First it takes about 4 or 5 big puffs of air to fill it, then you have to quickly close the cap (so air doesn't get out). I found the arm holes helped a lot as well as the head hole since I have trouble sleeping with my head turned. Overall this has been the only thing that has allowed me to sleep on a plane which is why I would definitely recommend it.

Uncomfortable, needs to be set on the travel tray, hard to stay balanced. Not worth the effort.

I was able to use ti one time but on the return flight it would not stay inflated. Must have a small hole in it.I traveled for 11 days and returned to see that I am unable to return it due to closed return date. I was hoping to exchange it for one that actually stays inflated.It was good one time!

I like everything about it my only problem is it's too big and bulky. I put less air in it in order to have it smaller.

In concept, I like this pillow. It's a very attractive idea, as I've always felt that U- or C-shaped travel pillows failed to give my head and neck the support I wanted. At 7.5" tall, including an uninflated edge of about 5/8", and 6" wide at its widest point, the opening for the face is just too big for me.

My husband seems to love it and always brings it with him when we fly. It makes flying more comfortable for him. He is 6'3" and it fits well with him. I'm 5'4" and it is uncomfortable for me to use.

It's easy and quick to blow up and deflate. I used in on my flight and it was very comfortable.
