The "Natural Style" locket does not show any brass components when you open it to view the photos. The brass or stainless steel components are contained within the wood and are normally not visible. The locket contains 12 magnets that either repel or attract to magically transform the locket from the oval to the heart position. The bail is made of Argentium Sterling Silver. The locket is made of dyed laminated birch wood subjected to tremendous heat and pressure in a phenolic resin.
