Good fittings
Homeflex fitting are easy to use and are of great quality. I have used dozens of these with no issues.I would highly recommend if you don't know how to use these or how to test for leaks, don't try installing.One heads up I'll give is these different brands are not interchangeable, at least not that I have never found. All different brands of flex are slightly different in size and structure.

Good luck, you'll need it.
Bought a 1/2" union, and one side sealed and the other side failed . Nothing could seal the second side. The threads are incompatible with iron pipe sizes, so I ended up trashing the whole thing. I replaced it with a Pro-Flex fitting that has O rings and It worked great.

If the installer takes time to read and follow the instructions these fittings do their job perfectly!

Leaks
Leaked like mad. Kept failing my pressure test and finally traced it to this fitting. Replaced it with two CSST to thread fittings (one male and one female) and pressure held. Doesn't have large O-rings like the other fittings I use have.
