Great for Timing Teeth Brushing!
Our 8 year old daughter tends to brush her teeth way too quickly, so we wanted a timer for her to use. We were looking for a 2 minute timer, but decided that she could just flip the 1 minute timer in this set over once while brushing. And you can't beat the price for 3 timers! These are very well made, and we have timed them against the stopwatch on our phones and found that they are each very accurate. I'm sure we will find uses for the 3 and 5 minute timers in our house as well. Would definitely recommend!

Fairly accurate
Product as advertised- timing of each fairly accurate. I plan to use3&5 minute timers for candidates of our local city council when they introduce and speak to our civic club.

Solid buy. Actually glass
The 1 minute is pretty close to on point for true timing, the 3 minute is 3 seconds short, and the 5 minute is 12 seconds short.Not bad at all in my opinion considering I use them for D&D

I used my phone and found all of these were within +/- 2 seconds which is perfectly fine for what we use them for
We got these to help our young kids time events (tooth brushing, mouthing washing, etc). I used my phone and found all of these were within +/- 2 seconds which is perfectly fine for what we use them for. The colors are fun and make it easy to tell them to "grab the green one!" for something. Their a little smaller than I was thinking but it makes them a good size for kids to flip over. Overall I'm very pleased with these.

Works fine, but tops come off easily and glass is thin enough to break easily at the tops.
They were great for the first few days. The same day we got them, The tops started coming off. My 2yo grabbed the 1minute timer by the top (Black part) and it came off leaving the timer still on the table. On the 3minute one though, the day after we got them. My son picked it up, and the black top came off as well but this time, it broke the glass when it came off. When it broke, the small shardsof glass spilled inside the timer. Now, it won’t work because glass is stuck in the middle keeping it plugged. The 1min and 5min work fine though.

These sand timers work as expected. I'm knocking off a star because a couple of the end caps in the set were not attached, but that was easily fixed wit a little bit of craft glue.

The quality is good for the price
Much smaller than I thought, which makes it easier for transport. The quality is good for the price. The glass is sturdy and sealed well. However the plastic top and bottom feel cheap (well it is cheap).The three sand timers actually have about the same amount of sand; what differs is the size of the hole. The timing is relatively accurate. The error of the 5 min timer is less than 10 sec.
