Her Story: Women in Christian Tradition (2nd Edition) Paperback – Illustrated, February 16, 2006

I absolutely loved this book. The author does a great job of running through the history of women in the church, incorporating a wide range of primary sources. This book came on time and in perfect condition.

I purchased this book because it is required reading for one of my courses at Seminary. It is what I would expect for master's level reading material.

I got this book for a class, and while it is interesting, it has so many details it can be hard to follow sometimes. It is nice to know more about women in the Christian religion and see how their roles have changes over the years depending on what is happening socially at the time. Over all a good book, even has examples of writings at the end of each chapter of some of the people written about.

I think this book is GREAT, and I really want it on Kindle...I hoped that, since the last Kindle review in March, this edition would have been fixed.It hasn't been.Not only is Chapter 3 missing, Chapter 1, which isn't complete, is spread out...some of it is before Chapter 2, some of it is after. The separation between chapters isn't terribly clear. Additionally, you can't swipe down (on the Kindle Touch) to get to the next chapter.Returned it immediately. Super bummed out.

Beautiful book. Especially the context. I think I'm going to keep it instead of re-selling it after my college class.

ETextbook is horrible - contents are jumbled and links in TOC don't work. At 2x the price of the print version, someone should have fixed this by now.
