Ignore all these good reviews. Don't buy them.
These are very undersized 3/8-16" screws. They are not industry standard width and length at all. Don't buy them.

Shaft too long for my mount and threads are 1.5mm shorter than shown.
I knew these might be a little too long and bottom out in my mount (which they do), but I figured I'd just grind the threads down. But instead of 7mm of threads as shown in the picture with measurements, there's only 5.5mm so if I take off the 2mm or so I need, there just won't be enough threads left. As for durability, I had to use a smaller screwdriver and it immediately chipped the slot which was a bit of a surprise.
