Priced reasonably and dependable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I wanted *by P***E on 13 May 2026* After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical about this product, but I had already ordered it so I decided to give it a shot. I found the setup simple and quick and worked exactly as per the instructions. I find the text alerts are between instant to under one minute delay. So far this productis exactly what I wanted and works exactly as advertised. Install only took a few seconds as well. it's only been a few hours but I will test it regularly and update this review if anything changes. Update: I have had this alert 10 days now and I test it regularly. I still find the text and email alerts to be pretty instantaneous. Next time there is a big storm I will unplug my sump pump and test the float operation, but looking at it, it looks like it will work well.
