Need PLIERS to get caps off!
Two times I have purchased the pack of 5 flash drives. The first time was great, there were no issues. I just opened the second package of 5 that I purchased in September. The caps are so tight on 3 of them that I have to use PLIERS to get them off! I cannot use these with my customers at all. That's too bad. They are attractive, and with 8 GB, I can get short video files on them.
