Works for Lenovo P1 4th Gen
I needed an extra charger, as a hybrid worker I was fed up of unplugging the original at home, behind a cabinet, every time I go to the office. This one is compatible with my Lenovo thinkpad P1 (4th gen) and performs no differently than the original.

Lasted only a few weeks
No longer working. Tripped the house. Lasted only a couple of weeks which is a disappointment as I thought I had found a good replacement. Will be looking elsewhere.

Great but only lasted a year
I bought this charger a year ago when my original one stopped working because the metal in the tip broke and fell out. While I was using this one I always tried to avoid bending it but it still stopped working, well at least this one didn’t drop out a tiny piece of metal on the carpet that I had to search 2 hours for.

Good 3rd Party Power Supply for Lenovo
Having just got myself a nice Lenovo P53 laptop I was looking for a spare power supply. Despite being a windows 11 compatible laptop and supporting the standard for USB C charging this laptop is just so powerful that you can't take advantage of the USB charging as it simply can't provide enough power. So instead this laptop has an old school style dedicated power supply and proprietary connector, which unfortunately is quite heavy and bulky. As such I don't really want to carry that around as well as the laptop when on the move. So I decided to get an extra one to leave in the office so I just have the machine to take with me.So this unit was the one I found and decided to give a shot. Out of the box it looks like most power supplies and in comparison to the official Lenovo one just a little smaller, although just as heavy. The connector is naturally the same and the power supply plug/socket is also the same as the original. The power rating is also the same 170w.I can happily report that so far it works fine, no issues and you wouldn't know its not a manufacturer original component. As such it suits my needs perfectly and I can recommend it on that basis.

Connected with lenovo thinkpad E450. Charges quickly and has good length on the charger itself.
