### ⭐⭐⭐ Does its job...BUT...it is NOT 10 inches!

Not a bad pan...BUT...it is NOT 10 inches, it is 8 inches. Most pans measure the cookable area, this measures end to end. Kind of deceptive. I ordered a 9x5 pan from another brand in the same order, I knew something was wrong right away when this pan fit in it.
