I've taken black-seed oil for many years, but wanted an upgrade to an organic oil. Found it through Health's Harmony. Good for what ails me... and I'm even trying it in my oil-pulling regime because I got tired of swishing castor oil in my mouth. (Yes, I know, coconut oil, sesame oil, bunch of other oils recommended for oil-pulling, and yet, I want serious medicinal oils to take care of my teeth). The only thing that would make this purchase better? A glass bottle. But I do appreciate the squirt-dispenser bottle cap. Very practical and helpful. Well done, Health's Harmony. Word of caution? The taste is very strong and powerful, as it should be. That's black-seed oil in its glory.

Really tastes bad. Switched to the capsules.To the supplier's credit they did issue me a full refund without my asking.That says a lot about the integrity of company because after all it was not their fault that the product tastes bad. It's probably just the product itself that tastes that way and not something that they did wrong. Consequently I'm changing my rating to a four to reflect their service. Would have gone to five for what they did but the product does still taste bad and people should expect that. Not sure if this company makes it in capsules but they do post on this one "no capsules" so maybe buying it in capsules is not as healthy.

Well the taste is something to be desired, the health benefits of this product far outweigh the puckered face I make every time I have to take it. Black seed oil has so many amazing health benefits – the list is endless! Well worth it! I highly recommend this particular brand.
