Perfect Foam Roller
This is one of the best foam rollers out today!Main things I love about this foam roller:-The strong internal density of the roller. It is very strong and gives a lot pressure I want under my body weight.-The grid pattern. I love this pattern especially because while I'm rolling, the small grid perfectly massages pressure points that other rollers without that type of grid can't.It's the perfect size and functionality - amazing for loosening muscles. Great buy, especially for the price point!

I wouldn't recommend it if you are pain sensitive
This works miracles! I wouldn't recommend it if you are pain sensitive, in all honesty it does hurt quite a bit. But that's the beauty of it, you're able to adjust out all your kinks on your own. I've used it to adjust my lower back that's really hard to stretch. And within the first day I felt relief. The roller isn't as soft as I thought it was going to be, and it is quite large, but I don't think that that's a bad thing.It's a little hard to store due to the size, but that's the trade-off.

Great roller
Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a foam roller. It's not as wide as I would have expected but it does the job. My husband was apprehensive and the first time at it he loved it.
