Easy to mold. The case has a hole in the opening. So when soaking the guard to prevent build up, the case is unable to be filled and is easy to tip and spill onto the counter. Not ideal.

So I will say I was never able to get a “dentist prescribed” mouth guard. So I have always looked to drug store ones. Found this brand and I don’t think I will be looking back. The fact that you can cut these to size and it’s so comfortable in the mouth makes this a win.

I've tried a lot of bite guards and this by far is the most comfortable. Also the most durable... made from a different polymer than the others.

They’re cute, I’ll give them that but these mouth guards are so stiff they’re basically aligners. They are super strong and stay in your mouth but they fuse to your top teeth and don’t fall out but they’re so tight and uncomfortable. They are super thin and do the job but I’m literally scared of a tooth coming out when taking this guard out of my mouth in the morning. It is much thinner, so it also allows you to sleep with your mouth open. Some people like that, but I prefer thicker guards that promote breathing in and out of your nose. I wake up with a very dry throat when sleeping with this mouth guard. Probably won’t be buying again.
