easy to use and the keyboard is very sensitive
I am using this laptop to write this review. It was everything I wanted and it works well. I have taken it everywhere with me. It is lightweight, easy to use and the keyboard is very sensitive. The touchscreen is wonderfully sensitive as well. I highly recommend this laptop.I am running Microsoft Office 2016 and Adobe CS 6 without any problems. This is a little workhorse.

Love This Computer!
This was so easy to set up. It goes a full 360 degrees. When you put it back to back, it even has a tablet mode so none of the keys can be accidently hit. And I really love the touch screen. Would highly recommend this product.

Shift key location is awkward
Good computer, but the right shift key on the keyboard is located out of reach. I cannot type easily because I keep hitting the wrong key. And when I mess up, which is every few seconds, it takes too much time to correct. It spoils the enjoyment of using the computer. For only this reason, I would not buy this computer again. I have not used it as a tablet as much as I thought I would, but it works well. The size is nice. Other than the shift key location, its a great computer.

I am very satisfied with this laptop. The only thing that is bothering me is that the up arrow is very close to the shift key which is very confusing

Not great value. Slow and doesn’t keep stable internet connection
Reflects price. Not great value. Slow and doesn’t keep stable internet connection. WiFi device must be poor quality as other devises have zero issues at the same time.

Not good.
The flexible monitor has broken twice (blacks out) and the hard drive completely crashed once and had to be wiped. I've sent it back twice to Lenovo under warranty, and am about to again. I hesitate to do so however, because their customer service communicates poorly, keeps it for a very long time and are unwilling to simply replace it with a new one. Not good.

I ordered for a 2017 Newest Lenovo Flex 4 Premium High performance 2 in 1 flip convertible 15.6" but the package contained a sea blue HP meant for kids.This is very disappointing
