Comprehensive setpoint, alarm, monitoring, and diagnostic functions are maintained by a Panasonic-built microprocessor controller with digital display for all critical functions. Accurate temperature sensors and controllers inside the refrigerator are built specifically to maintain a set temperature within the 2 to 8°C temperature range. Fan-forced air circulation in the refrigerator ensures precise temperature uniformity and minimal fluctuations from the set point. Alarms and temperature monitoring offer quick notifications, in the unlikely event of adverse temperature conditions. The refrigerator evaporator operates at above freezing temperatures, reducing the need for defrost and product exposure to freezing temperatures.
