Great for persons with small wrists
I looked for weights that would fit a small boned person for quite a while. Finally I realized I should look under kids wrist weights. These weights are great, I wear them while walking my pup so I can do arm exercises. They fit wonderfully. I have 5.5 inch wrists and i can’t praise these enough.

Therapy for parkinson tremors.
They are nice, well-made hand weights BUT I wish the velcro wrist band was at least another 1" or so longer. They are snug to vecro shut.

Didn’t fit well at all. Much too big around my wrists.
I really wanted to love these. The thumb holes were too small for my thumbs and the actual bands were too big for my wrists. I’m an average size woman so I was kind of surprised that these didn’t fit well. After a while I had to remove them— just too uncomfortable around the thumb hole and they didn’t fit my wrists well at all anyway. One star for fit, but I gave them two stars because they seemed to be made well. I will keep looking for light weights. :/ I have arthritis and can't grip a regular weight.

Not much to say here other than... this is awesome! I love the design; it keeps the weights from slipping off. I used to have glove weights (different product) but the threading started coming off. These are good quality. Very satisfied with these

I’m a petite woman, 5 feet 2 inches- 105 lbs.I have small bones and hands, but surprisingly, these fit very well!! They are made in a way tht they would also fit someone who is much larger. The design is a good design- very comfortable. I’m going to wear them when I walk for. Exercise , and when I do cardio/ aerobic activity. I’m a veteran exercise enthusiast with over 22 yrs of leading &instructing group exercise. I would highly recommended these hand weights!

Stinks like toxic rubber
I couldn’t even stand the smell of these in my car on the way home from post office. They went back.

Comfortable, when exercising by speed walking!
Great for speed walking and exercising my arms and upper body! Very comfortable and don't make me hot!
