Lerdy Shower Speaker, IPX5 Wireless Waterproof Speaker with 4W Drive, Suction Cup, Buit-in Mic (Gray)

Pros:+Easy to pair with iPhone/iPad+Decent looks I guess+Suction cup works well (okay, after some time, not that well)+Has stood up to splashes and steam from shower so far+ummm... it works?Cons:-Sound quality is very poor. Yes, it's louder than my iPhone, but the iPhone's speakers are much clearer. The sound coming from it is muffled and compressed. I am not a audiophile by any stretch of the imagination... it is just poor enough quality sound that I'm back in the market for another water-resistant Bluetooth speaker.-The shared volume and skip forward/backward buttons take some getting used to. Separate buttons would be better.-Comes with a charging cable, but no charger (expected, per product descriptions)-Voice notifications on pairing. It is not loud, but this was unexpected and unwanted. I don't see how to disable it.EDIT: The suction cup (which sticks to back of speaker and to another surface like shower wall) is only okay at supporting it. My speaker has fallen off of the wall at least 5 times because of the suction cup losing suction with the speaker. The speaker is sturdy enough to stand up to that at least! The speaker cover came off one time, but snaps right back in place.

I bought this speaker in 2018 to use in the shower. It worked perfectly fine for the past two years up until now. The sound was great and the speaker was easy to use. But, the other day it broke out of nowhere. I don't know why it broke as I have never dropped it or anything. So, there should be no reason for it to stop working. However, without any signs of it breaking, it suddenly stopped working. I don't usually write reviews but I thought I should share this info for anyone that it may be of interest.

I've been wanting something to listen to my music on while I shower so I'm glad I came across this waterproof Bluetooth speaker. Normally I use my phone, but I can hardly hear it and I can't change the songs or anything. I was excited to try this speaker out during my shower. I wasn't disappointed either! It had the perfect amount of volume of the sound and the quality of the sound was nice too. Loved that I was now able to hear my music loudly and chsmge my songs with the button on the speaker. It was super easy to use. It can with a little suction cup to hang on the wall or a little clip, which I used to hang on the rack in my shower. I was a little nervous to try the suction cup so I can't say how that works out. I'm happy with this speaker for sure.

I must be missing something. I read some reviews and they said how great the sound was and how loud it was. I can barely hear the music over the shower noise. Very disappointed. Was really expecting much better volume.UPDATE. I didn't realize you must hold the volume button down to increase volume. I was tapping it and nothing happened. The sound is very good. Also, make sure your music device volume is increased to get the full sound.

I highly recommend. It even has a Micro-SD card slot for up to 32Gb of on board songs or connect to your device via Bluetooth. There is no aux port to connect non-Bluetooth capable devices, but that is point with bluetooth is get rid of the cord. Or in the alternative put your songs on a SD card and rock on. Short press of the + or - buttons will advance to the next song, but hold them in to control the volume. Good quality sound and bass. Great value for the price. Just buy it already. I am gong to buy another one just to have it on shelf. This item would would make excellent Christmas gift for music lovers in the family.

I am absolutely in love with this speaker! I use it in the shower almost every single day, and the charge on it lasts for a really long time. I probably charge it every other week or so! Absolutely waterproof, and it has done great clipped onto my backpack on a few hikes. Overall, it's small in size but powerful in sound. Sound is crystal clear, and again, the charge lasts much longer than expected. I've had my fair share of wireless speakers over the past few years. For the price, you can't beat it!

Pairs well with Android phones. Sounds fine. Started rusting pretty soon after we got it about 6 months ago, now it has started cutting out. I just ordered another one, I'm pretty happy with the quality/cost ratio.

The controls are difficult to get to once it's stuck to the shower wall, and the volume always starts and low and has to be raised once connected. Otherwise it is waterproof and was easily found and easy to connect to by all my devices!
