I don't know if I have a bad one or what but I can't get more than 10 feet from the phone before I hear it's not connected. Forget swimming it went disconnected as soon as I started to swim. I will keep it for hubby to use for work calls but totally deceived about it being good for swimming which was supposed to be the purpose of it.Update 08/22/17 - Seller sent a replacement, it appears to work better. I was in the garage and my phone was in the house and it was fine. Can't speak to the water test as it's raining here and going to be getting cold.

I bought these headphones a couple of days ago and already tested them underwater and they really work great! I mean it's not possible to make phone calls underwater, but you can take them into the pool and stay connected with your phone and if somebody calls you, you can pick up the phone and start talking. How convenient! This is absolutely perfect if you expect a phone call and don't want to wait for swimming.They are absolutely waterproof and I've tested them also after swimming and the sound quality was still the same. Also connecting with the phone (Samsung) was very easy and worked at the first attempt.They are really light-weight and stay safe in your ears.They work with one button only, so no need to find the right button. Just take the phone or hang up. Also you can call the last number with a double-click or start listening to the music. I purchased this little guy because I wanted something I could wear in the shower (to listen to audiobooks). I have an in-shower BT speaker, but it has to be loud to hear over the water, and I wanted something I could wear when others in the house were sleeping. Well, I wore it in the shower, and it worked through the shower, but when I tried to turn it off afterward, I had to hold down the button for a full minute to get the device to respond. I was concerned because I couldn't get it to turn back on, no matter how long I held the button down. I thought, "I'll dry it off, charge it up again, and see what happens." ... Nothing happened. I doesn't work anymore. I'm very forgiving of tech... I'm using a keyboard on which the "b" gets stuck a lot, but I still would not complain for anything, because it's fine for my purposes. I once had a TV so long that all the images turned green, and all my family had to complain before I would agree to let my husband get us a new TV, because I said I could still see everything, and... I like green. There's nothing wrong with green... what's the problem these people had with that one (very nice, I might add) color? I can be so forgiving, because I'm just a happy person, and I like most things. But I purchased this device for the sole purpose of the 'waterproof' nature of it, so I'm sorely disappointed. Now, perhaps I simply got a 'dud' and I hope no one else has this problem, but mine did not work after ONE shower (and I didn't let the water sluice directly over it... I pulled it out to wash my ear.). So I'm disappointed. Bah! Humbug!

I ordered this earbud specifically because it said it was for swimming. I took it swimming, and it didn't work to play music. I could hear a small bit of the song with every stroke, but then it would click out. Apparently Bluetooth doesn't go underwater. Also, it didn't stay in my ear. It fell out and went to the bottom of the pool in the first lap. I was also disappointed that there was only one ear bud. I thought there should be a pair of them.

4 star because I thought it came with 2 earbhds, but it is just one.Overall great product, I've been using it at the office so I can hear if someone talks to me while listening to music.Discreet and effective.It also came with this keychain thing, so it's kinda cool that if I wanted to I keep always keep it on my personUPDATE: Okay so I've switched my mind. Upgrading 4 star to 5 stars.I find that the earned fills very snug in my ear. I usually take off the rubber parts and my goodness it fits in my ear canal like puzzle pieces.I keep it on all day at work. This way I can hear if someone is reaching out to me while listening to music or podcasts when no one is talking to me.

This is a follow up to my original review which I have removed. The product I received was defective and didn't perform as advertised. The seller revised his advertisement of the product and replaced the defective product. I think I may have had greater expectations of this Bluetooth ear bud than what should have been expected. In this replacement I found that I have far greater range and mobility. It works in a water aerobics setting provided you are not too far off from the Bluetooth device. However, whatever it may be that your listening too, it's still streaming and the stream can be disrupted by weather, movement and direction. I am much happier with the replacement Bluetooth headphone. It has good volume for such a small headphone. If using your phone as the Bluetooth device, the stream will cut off for the phone call then pick up again when the call ends..

This is great Bluetooth Headphone .I like this design. There are every size of earbuds in both the waterproof and non-waterproof kind. Also, there are several sizes of stabilizers. They should fit everyone's ears with a little trial and error. The sound is excellent both with the spoken word and music. They are definitely noise-cancelling. I can hear very little that is happening around me when I am wearing these. The fit is very tight. The controls are all on one side, so occasionally I hit the wrong button, but that is a very small thing compared to the sound quality and being able to swim in these. Love them!
