Bought the range finder for my Father for golfing. He used it for about a week & loved it, until it stopped working. I contacted the company through Amazon. They responded right away. Not only were they prompt, but Casey, the CEO of Pinsightz personally called me to apologize for the defective product and to ensure that he would take care of the issue immediately. A new range finder was shipped the same day with a pre-paid box included for the return. I received the new one within 2 days. Also included were some ball makers & divot tools for my inconvenience. He called the next day to make sure I received the new range finder and that everything was to my satisfaction. I received a follow-up from the company about a month later to check that everything was still working and that my Father was pleased with the product.As for the range finder it is by far the best one for the price that my Father has used. It is just as good, if not better than the expensive ones that I have tried for about half the price. He has had it for over 2 months now & has not had any issues. My father loves the range finder. I have used it too & I find it easy to use & love the functions so much that I am now going to buy one for myself. We highly recommend this product and the company!

Once you get the hang of it (which isn't difficult at all); it's functional, lightweight, accurate and extremely economical when compared to the other laser range finders out there.

Very disappointing! I'm bummed because it did get some really good ratings from other users. This rangefinder was not even close to being accurate! I bought it based on the positive reviews to use in my inter club golf tournament over the weekend. This purchase turned out to be a mistake. I will try and send it back and will post how the return process goes. I am a nine handicap who has used rangefinders for years. This rangefinder is not accurate. Thankfully my opponent was kind enough to let me use his Bushnell. The Bushnell was spot on. My advice is spend a little more money. It really makes me wonder who was actually posting the positive reviews.

I'm using the rangefinder for golf and this rangefinder went blank on a particular hole. I could not get any distance reading from it. I tried shooting the trees next to the green but it was the same. I should have paid more money to get a reliable unit.

Instructions for set up were not real good. Haven't played using it yet but it seems to work well shooting various objects in the neighborhood.

Original purchase in September 2018 worked well when I first started using this, summer of 2019 noticed yardage was off compared to other players with their rangefinders. Made contact with the company checking if there was a way to calibrate or if there was a fix for this issue by phone. Was advised to run thru settings and contact the company if there were any changes. Used it a couple of times and there were no changes. Called company back to see if I could send back for the take a look at the unit. At that time I was asked to send my unit to them, I was told that they would send me a new unit which they did. I received a brand new unit at no cost to me. I highly this company, Pinsightz. Very happy with the unit, its easy to use and easy to handle. The customer service is outstanding.

Used for golf lightweight easy to use

The media could not be loaded. Very surprised at the quality of this range finder for the price. I've tried my friend's expensive range finders out on the course and really wanted one but didn't want to spend $200-$300 to get one. This one is GREAT! I was able to keep it in my pocket while I hit and didn't even notice it. It's really easy to use and works great. I got a good reading every time and it's very accurate. I'm even looking forward to using this thing when hunting season roles around.
