These actually have worked really well for me. Nothing you stick in your nose will be super comfortable, but these aren't too bad. They do sometimes fall out, but my wife hasn't complained about me snoring one time since I got them. If the stick on strips work for you, these will very likely work as well and you won't have a red mark across your nose for the first few hours of the day.

I got tired of spending so much on nasal strips, so decided to try these. They work really well to open up my nasal passages at night. They are soft and comfortable. They do feel a little funny. I'm getting used to the way they feel in my nose but I will keep using them because I like that they are not disposable. Also, the bridge of my nose was always swollen in the morning when I pulled off the strips.

Definitely helped my SO with snoring. He says he feels like he gets a better night sleep now too. They are a little uncomfortable, but they do the job theyre meant to do

I don't have snoring issues, but I do have a deviated septum and often struggle to breathe through my nose as night. These don't feel intrusive at all and stayed in place all night. It was much easier to breathe, would highly recommend them.

It works!!! First night - no snoring!! And I had a sinus infection about a week after I received them. The ribbed set stayed in even with my runny nose AND kept my nose from closing up with congestion.

Didn't stop my snoring all together, but helped it a lot. It comes with 3 sizes so you can find what works for you - the smallest was best for me, the bigger size fell out while I was sleeping. Wash them before use, they stink a little!

Absolutely does not work. Very uncomfortable to place in nostrils and leave there. You'll want to keep the packaging as a collector's item. The box and plastic holder are first rate!
