The handles are reinforced and adjustable for easy carry. There is a double zipper that can be latched and inserted into the lock mechanism (I haven’t tried this feature) for extra security if needed. The lid folds over the sides and is secured with Velcro. A: Doesn’t the picture show that you can turn them sideways? Do they not fit that way?

A: If you use the pendaflex hanging folders, they usually are provided with plastic tabs into which you can insert labels for the various folders.
