Chata Chilorio Seasoned Shredded Meat 8.8oz Pouch (Pack of 3)

Ordered this July 29th 2022 - Product was past "best before" date by the time I received it. The "best before" date was July 2022. Tried 1of the 3 packages and was dry anddidn't taste like it should, had to throw it out. Usually I love this product. Other than being old and out of date I give the product 5 stars.

We love these for their great taste, convenience, and versatility. They taste great for a quick taco, or enchilada, etc. Everyone in the family likes them and they are great to have on the shelf. We use them 2-5 times per month to make a great-tasting 5-minute meal.

When I first tried this, I thought it was way too salty. The trick is to not add any salt to whatever you use with. When added to plain rice, beans, potato, lettuce and cabbage etc. it is really delicious. It is both an ingredient and the spices in a recipe.

This is my favorite breakfast option. Mix it with scramble eggs and you're in for a treat. Add avocado and thank me later. I can make 4 breakfasts out of a single bag. I also love this without the eggs to have chilorio tacos for lunch. I love how easy it is to prepare (it's already fully cooked). I'm usually not a fan of prepacked fully cooked food, but this is my one exception. Enjoy!

This product is good for a quick dinner of tacos or street tacos. Very tasty. Will purchase again to keep on pantry shelf!
