These are of great quality, thick as a cooking mitten should be, well made, I bought mine in Feb. of this year, they have been washed at least a dozen times & look as pretty as the did when I bought them, getting ready to buy in another color, the color of the pic is exactly as they look, pretty pink as the description says! You will not get burned with these I promise
