I did have some bad luck with getting the product and it did not work. Every once in awhile we get a product with a manufacturers defect. They promised to refund my money. It is nice that we can count on companies that refund us for products that do not work. It certainly helps me in feeling confident in buying online.

This was a gift for my granddaughter so she could watch her movies in her room, not stuck with parents in their bedroom where the only TV in the house exists. She's loved this!

Love this product. I use it to watch movies when I want some alone time. Has headphones and retains the charge for quite awhile. Great for travel too.

the description of this product in the ad boasted a 6 hour battery charge when I bought it but in the operating instructions it said a 4 hour battery charge. This unit seems to work well but the add may have been dishonest or inaccurate.

i used it for travel and it had an excellent battery life.
