I really like the moisturizing effects of this lip cream. It works at keeping my lips nice and supple far better than any other product I have ever tried. As for the lightening effects, it is still too early to render a verdict. I do see some subtle signs of lightening. I will update at the 60 day mark.*********Update*************So I have revised my rating down from 4 to 3 stars. No lightening effects here, at least not for me. But again, this is an amazing moisturizer for your lips. Not worth $80 though. WHat worked for me was a powerful bleaching agent that I would apply only at nighttime and then during the day, I used this to keep my lips hydrated. After 3 months, my dark dry lips are supple and pink.

The black stuff is completely mixed in, looks almost like mold? Or something wrong during production? Will try to post a picture
