A poor knockoff, but maybe good enough.
I needed a new left hand cap, ordered the 'LH' model, and I indeed received one with 'LH' embossed on the inside. But it was actually a match for the *right hand* cap, and doesn't fit in the left hand hole. If you cut off the little plastic alignment tab, though, it will fit on either side.Also, the color and texture of the plastic is not an exact match for the original. It's close, and honestly good enough for me, but you don't have to look very hard to tell that it's different.

Don't buy from this seller
Do not buy will not fit a mazda cx-5 at all. Contacted seller and they are trying to give me the run around. Not worth my time for 15 dollars. Just don't buy it.

OEM look - Clippers needed
It fits, but not without some minor modification. As mentioned in other reviews, you just have to remove a small plastic tab in order to get it to work on the drivers side.
