MOUTH MEDIC Tooth Powder, Botanically Clean, Teeth-Whitening, Remineralizing, Sensitive-Teeth Treatment, (2 oz / 6+ Week Supply)

I began using this tooth powder a year ago after researching different brands and trying various ones. I am SO happy with the results! Here is what I have observed since using this tooth powder:1) This is the first winter season that my family and I have not been sick at least once a month. I thought maybe it was a coincidence we were using the Cinnamon powder through our health streak. But we switched to the peppermint version for 2 weeks, and my daughter got the sniffles. We switched immediately back to the cinnamon and her sniffles went away quickly. We also travel to Disney frequently, and usually catch something while there. This was the first year (while using this tooth powder) that we didn't catch a thing!2) I had not had a cleaning in 3 years due to frequent moves. While getting my cleaning done at the new dentist, the hygenist said, "Wow! Your teeth look so good! I can tell you come in every 6 months for a cleaning." When I confessed it had been three years, she was shocked and said I had almost no plaque. My dentist recommended I continue using it.3) A while later, I noticed a pinpoint sized brown spot on one of my back teeth. Concerned, I went into the dentist to try and catch the cavity early. The dentist checked it out and said, "Looks like a cavity was forming there, but then the area was remineralized and is ok again." - I was overjoyed to not have to get a filling!So for me, this tooth powder has been huge blessing for both the dental and physical health of myself and my kids. I recommend it all the time to my friends and on social media mom groups. Some tips for first time users:1) Get a very soft bristled brush. We love GUM brand ultra soft that you can find here on Amazon. Our dentist recommended it and it feels great with this powder! Like a little nightly massage for your mouth :)2) Third time's the charm! The taste was so salty at first, neither my kids or I thought we could bare it. We brushed quickly and rinsed. But for some reason, the third time using it was the turning point for all of us. It started to taste great! Now we all love the taste and do not even need to rinse. It tastes amazing! But if the first time or two it's over powering, just keep trying.3) I LOVE the peppermint flavored powder as well, but use the cinnamon full time during the winter months to avoid catching illnesses. I was also surprised at how great the licorice one tasted too - and I don't like licorice! But this tasted great.Overall, 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, and a 10 out of 10 rating from me. This tooth powder is fantastic!

I love this toothpowder. I've been searching for the right tooth & mouth care product for years now. I absolutely hate mint products & don't understand why non-mint products are so hard to find in an average brick & motor store. As far as I'm concerned major brands are full of junk, plus that junk (mainly the Sodium laureth sulfate's &/or Fluoride cause a rash at the corners of my mouth called Perioral dermatitis).I have been wanting something with a clove flavor being the dominant flavor or at least being noticeable. This is it. It has the clove & cinnamon & thankfully the tea tree isn't overpowering because I am not fond of tea tree being real noticeable but do like its benefits.I ordered this toothpowder (the Mouth Medic) & two other brands at the same time & this is by far my favorite. My search is over (finally!).The one & only problem is the container, I am simply not fond of it. It is difficult to screw & unscrew the lid, especially with a brush in hand that is often wet. The other thing I noticed was when I opened my second container of this the smell was so much fresher than the last couple of weeks of the first container & a bit drier & clumpier. It smelled so good when first opened & I wanted to retain that freshness & texture for the entire time of using it. So, I searched for containers, & searched some more, finally finding the perfect, & I mean perfect container. It keeps all air & light out & the smell & texture is like I just opened it, after 4.5 weeks. It's so much easier to deal with too, I just lift the lid, dip my brush & set the lid back down. No more fumbling around trying to unscrew & screw the lid. And, the container is gorgeous. So happy I found this toothpowder & the container. I've been using this for about five days now and my teeth immediately felt cleaner than toothpaste would get them. I catch myself running my tongue over my supersmooth, shiny teeth often. The flavor was something that nothing could've prepared me for. It's not awful, just...different. Much cinnamon with a clove aftertaste and salty all the way through. I'm getting used to it, and it's a small consideration compared with the benefits I'm experiencing from using the powder.What isn't a small consideration is the cheap, not-user-friendly packaging. I was excited to use it the night that my package arrived...only to spend a full 5 minutes trying to get the lid off. Not cool. The lid and the jar seem to have been born cross-threaded, and the jar isn't deep enough (it and the lid are each *maybe* an inch tall), so getting a good enough grasp to try to twist it open without fear of spilling all of its contents is difficult. Now, instead of the "enjoying using the product" part of the experience being the focus, twice a day I have to waste time unnecessarily wrestling with unfortunate, low-quality packaging. I hope that they fix this soon. The product is good, but it's not "deal with physically struggling to open it to use it" good.
