I have been doing kettebells for years in classes, but I wanted a workout that I could do at home. I did Lorna's advanced and intermediate workout. What makes her workouts great is that this is not a series of just individual moves, but a entire workout. In addition, working with kettle bells the correct way is crucial so as not to injure yourself. Lorna does a terrific job in this video showing how to do each individual move correctly. The workout is both anaerobic and aerobic so that is a short time you have the benefit of both. For women is particular, it is a great exercise to do to prevent osteoporosis. The amazing thing about kettelbells is that if you are dedicated you will see incredible results quickly.

I'll admit I wasn't in the best shape when I attempted this workout a year ago
Wore me out, lol. I'll admit I wasn't in the best shape when I attempted this workout a year ago. I'm sure this is a good workout though. However, I DID notice that the 2 ladies in the workout didn't demonstrate much hip snapping to propel the kettlebell up when doing swings which is taught by most RKC instructors.
