I had a truly wonderful experience with this seller. I was nervous about purchasing items for my wedding online but this seller was thorough, willing to offer description and even let me sample a product. They shipped one of the shawls I was considering for free. They paid for the product AND shipping and when I offered to return, they said I could keep it as a gift because they didn't want me to have to pay the high international shipping. I ended up going with a different color so being able to sample the product was an incredible offer. They packaged the product with great care, so it arrived across the country without wrinkle or defect, in perfect condition. I have attached pictures of how they packaged the product.This seller continued to go above and beyond: the packaged happened to be delivered over the Thanksgiving holiday and with the package in sight through the doorway, someone broke the window and stoke it. Since it was for my wedding in a month and it took a few weeks to ship, I was devastated. The seller not only immediately resent the product so it would arrive on time, but they also paid for the merchandise AND shipping. Amazon couldn't offer any assistance so the seller took it upon herself to handle the situation. Incredible generosity and kindness! If this seller sold everything I ever needed on Amazon, I would look no further.Now for the product: the fur is absolutely gorgeous. It's soft and clean and it's clear that expensive fabric was used to assemble the product. The lining is also beautiful. The clasp works perfectly and everything lines up properly when on your body. The shawls will be perfect for my eight bridesmaids over a winter wedding.The product and seller experience exceeded my expectations. Working with this seller was an absolute pleasure! I had ordered three shawls to begin with in order to see the various colors in person as I was making the decision for which my bridal party would be wearing for my wedding back in January of this year. I had preferred the Fox White/Brown color for the girls and the Fox color for myself. With this my girls were wearing black dresses and I, as to be expected was wearing ivory. The fabric lining of these shawl color choices I made however did not coordinate with the dress color options I had chose, in fact they were the opposite. I reached out to the seller expressing my concerns and they FOR NO CHARGE custom made the shawls to have the matching liners on the colors I chose for my girls and myself respectively - the Fox White/Brown shawl was made with a black liner and the Fox shawl was made with a ivory liner. This seller was also able to provide me with Express shipping at no charge after a shipping complication with my local FedEx hub making things more challenging so I was able to give these shawls to my girls as a gift prior to the wedding as I had wanted at my bridal shower.Regarding the size - I am 5'7" 135-140 lbs I would describe myself as taller with an athletic frame, 36 C/D bra size - I found myself in need of ordering the Plus size in order for the shawl not to be too tight around my shoulders. The One Size did fit, but not as comfortably as a wrap as I would have liked. Moving up to the Plus size also allowed for more coverage over my arms and back as my wedding dress had an illusion back and as I mentioned before, I was married in January so the coverage was appreciated and did keep me warmer.The girls all required a Plus size as well and I had girls ranging in sizes from 4'11" tall, 32 C/D bra, three girls about 5'2" to 5'4" all full chested 34 Cs and 6'0" 34 B bra. The Plus just seems to give you more versatility in where you can place it on your shoulders for coverage. The girls also loved the quality of the fur just as much as I did and have reached out to me since then saying they have worn it out to the city and other places.The seller was again one of the best, if not the best, I have ever dealt with. Even when going through size/color determination the seller asked me to keep the ones I already ordered at no charge and did not ask for me to return them when I offered. Overall a great experience and a great quality shawl.

This product is of excellent quality. The price not only pays for its value but also makes it comparable to higher priced products like this on the market. The insides are beautifully and perfectly tailored, and I must speak from experience since I usually wear high priced natural furs which are no different to the one I just bought from Rorodox. The fur is soft and beautiful, giving the shawl an expensive look- a quality which is of great importance when choosing a match for a beautiful ceremonial dress.The company is highly professional and I must say they are always available to help it's clients with any issues on delivery, sizes, etc. I have bought from Amazon for as long as I can remember and never received such excellent customer service.I highly recommend the items to anyone looking for a high quality and good priced fur shawl.Thank you so much Rorodox for everything that you have done for me and I will certainly buy more items from you in the future.

I ordered the Fox color for my maid of honor and I (bride) for my upcoming wedding. The color is beautiful and the quality is the same I've seen in high end bridal stores -- great value! I'm 5'8 and 135 lbs and wear anywhere between a small and medium, but based on reviews, I went medium so that it wouldn't be too tight. It fits me perfectly and has a little extra room so that I can still move my arms for photos and such. I also received this nearly a month and a half earlier than the expected delivery date, which was great. I've now also ordered these for our mothers for the wedding. I would agree with others that the hook is lower, but you can tell that's designed so that you can see the dress underneath. However, it's very easy to sew on a hook and eye higher up to have more coverage (and warmth) and it won't change the integrity of the design. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
