Most pleased w the massager head rest. I bought it for massages on bed and find i prop a little pillow beneath the c shape side and can even fall asleep on my stomach w my face in it and am able to breath just fine. It’s a good quality pleather so wipes clean easily.

This is the first massage face cushion that I have purchased that does not offgass or smell like other cheap vinyl ones. The cushion is firm, yet comfortable. I am very happy with the quality of this product!
