For me this is like a miracle in a bottle. I have had severe scalp psoriasis for over 20 years and tried what feels like every treatment going. Nothing has ever worked other than remove the flakes for a day or two but the burning itch remained and then the flakes come back thick and fast. My hair is extremely thick and I've often struggled getting treatments anywhere near my scalp.Now, within literally two applications of the shampoo - which whilst thick did massage in nicely - my scalp looks almost normal. This shampoo/fluid combo is the best thing that has happened to my scalp in years! I have had scalp psoriasis for 30+ years and it covers about 95% of my head.
