Headline stated 2 hangers and only one arrived but the product is nice.

This is heavier duty than anything else I was able to find on Amazon. I chose this one because I was a little worried about the load capacity of some of the hangers used for heavy bags and... "entertainment" swings which are rated for ~400lbs static. While neither I nor the missus are 400lbs, we sure aren't static when using this hard point either. Overengineering: 10:1 safety margin for fun times had by all.The load ring is actually threaded onto the base plate (~1/2" thread?), then welded onto the base plate. The workmanship is easily passable, but nuclear certified its not. Concrete bolts are included, which I passed on in favor of 4.5-5" wood carriage bolts.My only reason to knock it a star is that every unit is different: The load ring doesn't fit square to the bolt pattern (see images). I bought 3 of these: two of them were about 25º off square, and the last was 45º off square. Since I'm putting them into a finished room, I wanted all the rings pointing alike, which means that I couldn't just drill the hole pattern square, but that's okay. The biggest problem was that 45º one is actually shaped in a way which blocks the holes if the carriage bolts are to go in straight (as they should). I've had to return this last one and order a replacement.EDIT: When I got a replacement for the one I couldn't use because the hoop blocked two holes, the new part was different! The whole thing was shinier, the base plate was a tiny bit smaller, and the drilled holes were also smaller. Got in touch with the seller and they sent me a spare "old" unit out of inventory. Great help! I'm adding a comparison image (the one on the green background) to show the differences between new and old.

Great - I used this for a swag hanger for a very large chandelier; unable to find anything designed specifically for this purpose I adapted this item. Because of it's substantial heft the piece looks very appropriate in scale and weight unlike the puny hooks normally used. A thin coat of bronze metallic paint allowed the unit to blend perfectly with the existing chain and fixture. In Ex Design - see us at InExD.com.

This seems to be a wonderful product. However, there are pieces in the package that we don't know what to do with and hoped there would be some sort of instructions.

This ring (the SUS 304 stainless ring) is bigger than you might expect. The professional welder I took it to for fabrication was quite impressed by the part. I'm using it for the apex of a 3-legged tire swing set and it seems to be the single strongest component of the whole structure.
