It has Maltodextrine. I will not recommend. It has huge side effects than use. Kindly avoid using it. I have stopped using it. I started gaining weight after using it and got into trouble with my digestions. Maltodextrin is a food additive that can have side effects, including: Allergic reactions: Maltodextrin can cause allergic reactions like skin irritation, gas, cramping, and diarrhea. Blood sugar spikes: Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index, which can cause blood sugar spikes. This can be dangerous for people with diabetes or insulin resistance. Weight gain: Maltodextrin is high in calories and can lead to weight gain and obesity. Gut bacteria: Maltodextrin can reduce the number of good bacteria and increase the number of harmful bacteria. Maltodextrin is often derived from corn, rice, or potato, but can also be made from wheat. I'm finding out that Auric makes some good supplements. Milk Thistle is one of the best trending supplements in the health community right now, known for helping to cleanse the liver. Add in the Turmeric for inflammation and the garlic and ginger for immunity support and this is a solid supplement. This is pretty affordably priced, currently at $40 for two containers. I'd say give this a shot if you'd like a good supplement.
