OOSSXX 4K POE Wired Home Security Camera System, 8 Wired 4K Bullet Cameras

To Mr. Eric Lee or to whom it may concern, In regards to my purchase of a wired security camara system your company sold me via Amazon, I would like to say that at first I was hesitant to order a foreign made surveillance camera system with a name brand of which I did not recognize. I also wondered whether it would work well enough as one I already have of a major brand name in my U.S. home. This model is no longer supported by them. So I had to obtain a different model. I am very happy with my purchase of this model, OOSSXX and surprised of the quality and of the different features that this wired 8 camera unit had. At first I had a whole bunch of questions prior to my purchasing of this unit. My number one question was, whether it worked in Mexico, especially under a Mexico Wi-Fi system. I was unsure if it would be compatible. This was for my Mexico getaway vacation home. I wanted to view my home at any time of the day from anywhere. I contacted customer service and had to leave a message. I did not expect to get a call back as soon as I did. The gentleman was very friendly and answered all of my questions. the main question of whether it would be compatible with Mexico's Wi-Fi signal. He was pretty sure that it would work in Mexico under its wifi system. I went ahead and bought the unit and was happy. It came with a 2 year warranty. I was very happy to test the unit in Mexico and find out it worked. I installed the 8 wired camaras that the system came with around the whole home. One unit, I installed on a lamppost facing the back of the home. The 4K reception is excellent. the night vision works very well. It is a great feature. Each camara unit also has a 2 way microphone that also work well. It also has a built-in siren. I only wish that the siren sound was more serious. Instead of a chirping sound. Yes, I totally recommend this unit, OOSSXX. My OOSSXX sytem is about a year old with no issues. I also had no trouble preparing and setting up. The system continues to work great. I am glad to view all angles of my Mexico home from the United States and possibly from anywhere in the world. Congratulations, Mr. Eric Lee on your business. OMG! These cameras have superior quality in video, sound, and motion. I have tried two other brands of wireless cameras, and then I came upon this brand. I read the reviews, and they had such excellent reviews so I tried them. I must admit, these cameras are indeed top-tier in video, sound, and motion quality. The night vision has an outstanding view. The motion is very sensitive. And let me speak about the sound quality. I can talk through my cameras and hear the people. This is great for my business and at home when my cleaner comes. The setup was easy and user-friendly. If and when you have any issues, all you have to do is contact customer service, and they DO RESPOND QUICKLY! I had an issue with a camera, how to set up two-way, and how to remove the ads. Every time I contact customer service, they respond either the same day or the next day. I have a 16-channel camera set that I have had for over 3 years now, and now two 8-camera sets. I will be ordering another 8-channel set. That is just how good they are... They are the same as those provided by a professional security company, if not better. The system is compatible with your smartphone and smart TV. They honor their warranty and are responsive to their customers. These cameras have held up during all types of weather thus far. If you are searching for a quality wireless NVR system, this is it!!! Trust me.

I had a lot of trouble setting these up and was ups3t because the person I spoke wktb through the app, was not helping me figure it out. The actual seller of this item reached out to me themselves and talked me through each issue I was having which was like 4 and helped me figure it out. Step by step. Pros: System was easy to install. Cameras are nice, easy to mount and adjust. Zoom in and out is good. Cons: you cannot delete view events delete automatically after three days. The app on the phone is always asking you to sign up for the cloud. It would be nice to eliminate the screen shot before you look at recorded events on the phone. I would recommend this system.

For the price, it’s an awesome value. I was skeptical because other reviewers had mentioned that the app was worthless but I bought it anyways. I have not had a single problem with the app and absolutely love having these cameras. The wired connection enables great quality feeds all the time and the night vision works surprisingly well. I am having trouble with audio on multiple cameras. It seems that only the first camera I connected records audio but since they are mostly all outside I can hear what’s going on regardless. I would 10/10 recommend this camera system to anyone.

Let me stress the word unreliable here for a min. The mobile app does not connect to this cameras on any of my Apple devices, tested with 1 iPad and 2 iPhones. The desktop app connects to the cameras on 2 out of 4 desktops in the house. The NVR which is connected to a 45 inch TV via HDMI cable in my garage used to work with this unit out of the box and then one day randomly stopped, showing that all cameras are offline, but my 2 desktops that are able to connect to the camera feeds still show the camera feeds and I can connect and disconnect normally. This product looks good on paper and if it would work consistently it would be worth the price tag. However, knowing what I know now, I would never purchase this - I would rather pay x3 the price and get a brand name unit. I'm regretting my purchase very much, one of the worst purchases this year. So out of 8 devices in my house, it works only on 2 of them. I have a dedicated home server where I needed it to run but I'm not able to get it to run on there so this system's usefulness is almost at 0. Now lets assume this system works, lets talk about the pros and cons. PROS: 1. Decent quality footage, not real 4k obviously, you get 8 cameras at 500 bucks don't expect to zoom in and see every detail. Its better then all the HD systems though. You should be able to make out license plates if the vehicle is close enough but it wont be crystal clear. 2. Night vision is actually really good. It blew me away how good the night vision was. The picture is as good as during the day light hours 3. Long cables CONS: 1. All cameras have default username/passwords which do not update when you set the system up for the first time through NVR. You can to connect to individual camera and update them, otherwise people can access your cameras with default credentials when you think you secured them by just creating user in your NVR, which you still need to do to secure the NVR it self. Major security con. 2. Can't play anything back using desktop apps, never finds footage. When NVR connection worked via HDMI cable, I was able to play it back and it could show events where detection happen so was easy to find footage to playback. Now that NVR no longer works via HDMI, I can't play anything back. Not sure if I got a lemon but what I got is garbage so 1 star.

This is a very good quality system. It was easy to install and has great video. The only drawback is that the cables are not long enough. We put this system in our church and had to order 100' and 150' long cables. All the components seem to be excellent. The video playback could have a few more features such as zoom. Overall great product and would recommend to other.

Received the product and everything was as described on Amazon. I am replacing a 1080P system. 4K Camera clarity is great. During setup, I had a minor problem with the monitor display port. I contacted OOSSXX for troubleshooting assistance. Rather than calling, I submitted an email request. I quickly received an email response. The support team asked me a couple of questions about the problem. I replied via email with the response. Once again, I received a quick reply stating that they felt the power supply was a problem (even though I could see the camera image on the Android App). OOSSXX shipped a new power supply the next day. THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 10 Stars for sure. As I stated earlier, the camera quality as viewed in the App is outstanding. The zoom detail is so much better with the 4K cameras. The minor problem with the startup configuration for the monitor output would not prevent me from recommending this system to my friends and family. I would buy it again.

Great zoom and very clear video quality. You can't beat it for the price.
