My initial review was based on two weeks of use. At that time I only received about 10% relief from an itchy scalp while wearing a motorcycle helmet. With continued use of an additional two weeks (total use five weeks) I am very satisfied with the product receiving about 95% relief of an itchy scalp while wearing a helmet.
