It's hard to find a matcha with ginger powder. This tastes good. Some good ginger Zing. Blends well with my greens drink. Some caveats to consider:1. It's incredibly expensive for the tiny amount you get.2. There are no ingredient amounts statements and the dosage recommendation is miniscule, so there's no way of knowing how much you're getting and if it's anywhere close to being enough to be effective for any of the health benefits claimed.It would be nice to know, how much matcha, how much ginger, how much oolong, etc. L-theanine? How much per 1/2 teaspoon dose? For a premium priced product I expect to know these things.But otherwise, if you don't mind blindly accepting the general claims made at the price they charge, this is a good tasting product. Not sure I'll buy it again at that price though.

If your looking for a new matcha flavor and you like ginger - this is it. Medium to strong ginger flavor. Leaves a pleasant after taste. Has a little bit of that hot ginger bite to it - but not to be afraid of. Then again I used 1T to 120z. of Almond milk. I put my matcha powder in 3T of hot tap water and froth it and it dissolves well, no clumping!A bit expensive for my budget but worth a treat now and then.

I have submitted a previous review for a different flavor of this Matcha Tea but I felt the need to come back and resubmit a review with additional information. First, I would like to state, again, how beautiful the packaging is. The outer envelop, for lack of better wording has a zip lock built in to lock in freshness for as long as it stays on the shelf. There is an inner, smaller tin foil package that contains the tea powder. It looks sealed extremely well and will preserve the product though transportation. The mint was a very calming flavor and not over powering. I would only put in less than a 1/4 of a teaspoon in 8 oz of water. Any more, and it is too much. This will make the seemingly small amount of powder last a long time. While I have only tried it in hot water, I assume it would be just as nice in cooler water or in a smoothie. I am very happy with this purchase. Also, shipping was extremely fast and arrived before expected. Got to love Amazon Prime.

Delicious! I add pineapple syrup and coconut milk with ice to make the same pineapple matcha drink that I love at Starbucks. So energizing and nutricious! Also I ordered the sugar free syrup to make this drink low calorie.

Strong ginger presents, however it is so finely growned that when I us it it make me sneeze. It does not stop me from using it but it will stop me from purchasing it in the future.

I agree with the reviewer who said the tea is sweet and spicy. I was taken aback by the small package but a little goes a long way and the quality is worth the price. I’m enjoying the tea very much as will buy again. Also I like that I don’t have to sweeten it at all!
