**Q: Do these really use 3m adhesive pads? reviews note poor adhesion. description says "easy to use - with 3m adhesive pad". photo shows generic adhesive.**
A: They do use 3m pads I believe. Adhesion depends on the surface. I tried to put mine on wood and it didn’t work very well. I believe a smooth surface like plastic or metal would work better.

**Q: Is this multi-pack available in white?**
A: No

**Q: Is the adhesive waterproof?**
A: very good "stick, don't know about waterproof

**Q: Is there enough room on the pad for them to be nailed down (to ensure adhesion to surface)?**
A: Probably, at an angle. ( but the adhesive is really good )

I use these to tidy up cables under my pedalboard for electric guitar. They are very durable and convenient. They beat zip ties because you can easily open and close them when necessary. I’ve never had one break while opening or closing. They don’t stick to wood very well but I imagine they would stick well to any metal or plastic surface.
