Works but for the Explore Scientific AR102 but needs to be inside the dew shield like picture shows.
Well I bought this for the Explore Scientific AR102 doublet be warned this mask will only fit inside of the dew shield on the lens it will not fit on around the dew shield, If you want a mask for the Explore Scientific AR102 might wanna go with the 6.5-inch to 9.5-inch I'm pretty sure that's the right size to fit around the dew shield.Figured I'd save someone a hassle by doing the wrong measuring.However this mask will work however you will need to put this mask inside the dew shield and then have it sit out the outside edge of the front lens.

Quick perfect focus
This is the best focusing adaptor, I've ever used. As stated, so simple, over the years of connecting a camera to scope, than to lap top, using some form of software to see, and dialin focus. Wow", so, quick..In all honest, if you have this item attached to front draw tube, on your scope, than on a medium bright star, the time is no more than ten seconds...that's all there is to it...Done!

Easy to use!
Just getting into astrophotography. Spending WAY too much time getting focus perfect. I knew these were recommended by many, and for the cost, such an easy thing to justify.WOW! My time for good focus went from 10 minutes (to 1/2 hour!) down to a mere 2 minutes, and with better certainty. Highly recommended!This unit is well made and adustable for fit.

Good product.
It really is a focusing time saver. Construction and operation of the mask is reasonable for the price. I'm using this in conjunction with the Bahtinov feature built in to the Backyard EOS software. Accurate focus take ~5 minutes or less.
