Perfect size mini straightener however...
Some hair straighteners run smoothly through your hair. This one however feels like it's ripping through my hair. Thankfully I only use it on my bangs every once in awhile so... It's fine. It heats up quickly, though! And I love the perfect size. Keep in mind it is mini.

small, portable, great for travel. Works well for its size
I purchased this small flatiron for a trip to Europe. The voltage works but you do need an adapter for the plug. The iron heats up quickly. The small size does mean it might take bit longer to straighten hair but it does a good job. I'm not sure it got quite hot enough to ensure "straight" hair for very long but it did smooth things out at least. It's small size did make it very useful for areas around my face and I'll probably continue to use it for that from time to time.

It works and is tiny - just slower than a normal straightener
It did the job of straightening my medium-length hair on vacation and fit nicely in my 40L travel backpack. It was a little slower than my normal straightener but considering its dimensions, it is adequate. I recommend this product.

Perfect for international traveling with dual voltage
Purchased for upcoming trip to Germany; while the size and design are perfect it never got very HOT. Would return if I could. UPDATE a representative from the company contacted me; we are working on a replacement. GREAT customer service. My issue is - I have a flat iron now (not dual voltage) with digital temperature of 419 degrees; I do not believe this mini unit gets as hot even though it is factory pre-set at 430 degrees. Company sending replacement. 8/23 The company sent a replacement unit and I have used it twice already and it works just fine! Thank you!
